Verify your access#
- Select User Hub on the Acouso ribbon.
- Open Authentication.
- Enter the authentication code supplied by Acouso.
- Select Verify.
- Confirm that Active, Expiration, and Status show the expected licence state.

If authentication fails#
- Confirm that the code was entered exactly as supplied.
- Confirm that the workstation can reach the services permitted by your organisation.
- Use the report an error link in User Hub or contact your Acouso early-access representative.
- Describe the displayed status, Revit version, Acouso-PLAN version, and the action that failed, but do not send the authentication code.
